Bioactivity ZM-306416 (CB-676475) hydrochloride is a potent VEGFR inhibitor with IC50s of 0.1 μM and 2 μM for KDR and Flt, respectively[1]. ZM-306416 is also a EGFR inhibitor with an IC50 of <10 nM[2].
