Bioactivity Y18501 is a oxysterol-binding protein (OSBPI) inhibitor with a similar structure to Oxathiapiprolin. Y18501 shows strong inhibitory activities against Phytophthora spp. and Pseudoperonospora cubensis, with EC50 ranging from 0.0005 to 0.0046 μg/mL. Y18501 shows excellent protective and curative activities against P. cubensis. Y18501 in combination with Chlorothalonil (HY-N6625) can significantly promote the inhibition of P. cubensis[1].
Invitro Y18501 (25 g a.i./ha 或 50 g a.i./ha) 在温室条件下对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果超过 60%[1]。Y18501 在温室和田间对黄瓜霜霉病均表现出防治效果,施用 25 g a.i./ha 时防治效果分别为 72.3% 和 78.9%,施用 50 g a.i./ha 时防治效果分别为 80.8% 和 82.2%[1]。Y1850 (10.012-0.333 μg/mL) 的防治活性大于根治活性,接种前 24 h 施用 Y1850 对黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果为 70.11 和 99.43%,显著高于接种后 24 h 施用 Y1850[1]。Y18501 与 Chlorothalonil (HY-N6625) 在 1:100、 1:70 和 1:50 的协同作用下对黄瓜霜霉病具有较强的协同作用,协同作用比分别为 2.00、1.83 和 2.64[1]。 0 --> Y18501 相关抗体:
