Bioactivity Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UDG/UNG), heat-sensitive (Heat-sensitive UDG) can catalyze the hydrolysis of the N-glycosidic bond between the uracil base and the sugar phosphate backbone in the DNA chain containing uracil, releasing free uracil. Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UDG/UNG), heat-sensitive eliminates the carryover contamination dUTP-incorporated amplification products[1].
