Bioactivity Tubulin polymerization-IN-40 is a potent acridane-based tubulin polymerization inhibitor with an IC50 of 1.5 μM. Tubulin polymerization-IN-40 arrests cancer cells at the G2/M phase and induces the apoptosis. Tubulin polymerization-IN-40 has anti-cancer activity and immunopotentiating effects[1].
