Bioactivity | Tripolin B is an ATP-competitive Aurora kinase inhibitor with IC50 values of 2.5 µM and 6 µM for Aurora A and Aurora B kinases, respectively. Tripolin B does not inhibit Aurora kinase in cells[1]. |
