Bioactivity Tioxacin is an orally active bactericide agent. Tioxacin combined with aliphatic amines has activities against G(+) and G (-) bacteria, including Escherichia coli resistant to Nalidixic acid (HY-B0398) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa[1].
