Bioactivity | Thapsigargicin (Thapsigargicine) is a activator of mast cells and leukocytes. Thapsigargicin induces histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells and human basophil leukocytes. Thapsigargicin increases the cytoplasmic free calcium level in intact human blood platelets[1]. |
