Bioactivity Tetraethylene glycol monotosylate is a cleavable and acylhydrazone-based ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1]. Tetraethylene glycol monotosylate also can be used as a PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs.
