Temporin-GHd increases the permeability of the bacterial cell membrane, causing membrane damage and leakage of cellular contents. Temporin-GHd disrupts preformed biofilms at high concentrations. Temporin-GHd can bind to bacterial DNA, inhibiting DNA migration[1]. |
