Bioactivity | Tagitinin F is a sesquiterpene with potent anti-inflammatory properities and nuclear factor-kappa B inhibition. Tagitinin F inhibits ipopolysaccharide-induced myeloperoxidase activity in human neutrophils. Tagitinin F decreases the secretion of inflammatory products without inducing apoptosis in neutrophils[1]. |
