Bioactivity TFAX 594,SE is a red fluorescent dye and exhibits pH-insensitivity over a very broad range (pH in the 4-10). TFAX 594,SE yields exceptionally bright, photostable conjugates with proteins or antibodies (such as goat anti-mouse IgG)[1].
Invitro Excitation maximum=590±22.5 nm; emission maximum=660±16 nm[1].Proteins labeled with the TFAX 594,SE dye are several-fold brighter than the same proteins labeled with Texas Red dyes[1].
