Bioactivity TATP hapten is a hapten made from acetone, hydrogen peroxide, and 7-oxo octanoic acid. TATP hapten coupled with bovine serum albumin can raise an immune response against TATP. TATP hapten can coupled directly to BSA and HRP via N-hydroxysuccinimide chemistry to produce haptenated proteins[1].
