Bioactivity TAT-SAMβA is the peptide consist of RNAENFDRF (SAMβA; HY-P3429) conjugated to the cell penetrating TAT protein-derived peptide TAT47–57. TAT-SAMβA is a selective antagonist of Mfn1-βIIPKC association. TAT-SAMβA protects mouse embryonic fibroblast cells (MEFs) against oxidative stress-induced cytotoxicity[1].
