Bioactivity Sulfanitran-13C6 is the 13C labeled Sulfanitran. Sulfanitran is an antibacterial and anticoccidial agent used in poultry feeds. Sulfanitran also is a multidrug resistance protein 2 (MRP2) stimulator that can increase the affinity of MRP2 for estradiol-17-β-D-glucuronide (E217βG).
Invitro Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
