Bioactivity Succinic anhydride-13C2 is the 13C labeled Succinic anhydride[1]. Succinic anhydride is a cyclic anhydride and a nonclaevable ADC linker extracted from patent WO2009064913A1. Succinic anhydride can react with compound 4 of the patent to link the prodrug to an amine or hydroxy 1 group of a targeting polypeptide[2].
Invitro Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
