Bioactivity	Sinococuline is a potent anti-dengue agent that is effective against all four serotypes of dengue virus (DENV). Sinococuline is also an effective tumor cell growth inhibitor[1][2].
Invitro	Sinococuline (0.5-5.0 μg/mL; 6 days) 抑制 DENV-2 感染的 Vero 细胞释放非结构蛋白-1 (NS1)[1]。Sinococuline (0-40 μg/mL; 48 h) 抑制 Vero 细胞中的泛 DENV 感染，对 DENV-1，DENV-2，DENV-3 和 DENV-4 的 IC50 值分别为 0.2，0.08，0.17 和 0.1 μg/mL [1]。
