Bioactivity SLCB050 is a compound that blocks the interaction between DX2 and p14/ARF and has anticancer activity. SLCB050 reduces the viability of human lung cancer cells, especially small cell lung cancer cells, in a p14/ARF-dependent manner and induces apoptosis and senescence[1].
