Bioactivity	SKF 83822 is an atypical agonist of dopamine D1 receptor. SKF 83822 activates adenylyl cyclase, but not PLC. SKF 83822 is also proved to stimulate AC via cAMP production. SKF 83822 can be used for research of schizophrenia[1][2].
In Vivo	SKF 83822（25-100 μg/kg；皮下注射；在使用拮抗剂后单次给药）以剂量依赖的方式在大鼠体内产生强烈的旋转反应。SKF 83822 还刺激去神经纹状体中 IEG 产物 c-Fos、Fra2、Zif/268 和 Arc 的强烈表达[1]。SKF 83822 在猴子中分别以 0.25 mg/kg 和 0.35 mg/kg 的中等和高剂量显示出显著效果。并且 SKF 83822（0.15-0.35 mg/kg；皮下注射；单剂量）诱导运动而不诱导运动障碍。SKF 83822 导致极度兴奋和运动激活的状态，没有刻板印象[2]。 Animal Model:
