Ridazolol exhibits a high degree of selectivity for β-1 adrenergic receptor (β1AR) and possesses moderate intrinsic sympathomimetic activity (ISA). Ridazolol can competitively antagonize the relaxation effects induced by isoproterenol. Ridazolol is utilized in the research of cardiovascular diseases[1].
