Bioactivity Resistoflavine is a metabolite of the marine actinomycete S. chibaensis. It slows the growth of and is cytotoxic to HMO2 and HepG2 cells with mean lethal concentrations (LC50) of 0.013 and 0.016 μg/mL, respectively.
