RORγt inhibitor 3 shows high binding affinity and inhibitory activity of Th17 cell differentiation. RORγt inhibitor 3 also shows efficacy in both mouse experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) and collagen induced arthritis (CIA) models[1]. |
