Bioactivity RORγt inhibitor 3 is an orally active and potent retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor-gamma-t (RORγt) inhibitor. RORγt inhibitor 3 shows high binding affinity and inhibitory activity of Th17 cell differentiation. RORγt inhibitor 3 also shows efficacy in both mouse experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) and collagen induced arthritis (CIA) models[1].
