| Bioactivity | Quinacainol is a Class I antiarrhythmic drug with antiarrhythmic activity. Quinacainol improves arrhythmias by affecting the electrophysiological properties of the heart. Quinacainol is 5 to 10 times more effective for arrhythmia than Quinidine (HY-150123). Quinacainol can be used to study cardiac electrophysiology[1]. |
