Bioactivity Prostaglandin F2α dimethyl amine is a Prostaglandin F2α (HY-12956) derivative. Prostaglandin F2α dimethyl amine is an antagonist for Prostaglandin F receptor (FP)[1]. Prostaglandin F2α dimethyl amine blocks the cardiovascular responses induced by orexin and Arachidonic acid (HY-109590)[2].
