Bioactivity | Peptide-N-Glycosidase F (PNGaseF) is an asparagine amidase. Peptide-N-Glycosidase F catalyzes the cleavage of N-linked oligosaccharides between the innermost GlcNAc and asparagine residues of high mannose, hybrid and complex oligosaccharides from glycoproteins. Peptide-N-Glycosidase F can be used for the structural and functional studies of glycoproteins[1]. |
