Bioactivity Peimisine (Ebeiensine) hydrochloride is a muscarinic M receptor antagonist and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. Peimisine hydrochloride shows anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, antihypertensive activities. Peimisine can induce apoptosis and be used in cough and asthma research[1][2][3].
