Bioactivity Paclitaxel ceribate is the ester form of paclitaxel, a natural antineoplastic agent that stabilizes tubulin polymerization. Paclitaxel causes mitotic arrest and induces apoptosis, ultimately leading to cell death. Paclitaxel also induces autophagy[1][2].
