Bioactivity PSB-1115 is a selective A2B Adenosine Receptor antagonist. PSB-1115 inhibits the 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid (TNBS)-induced contraction inhibition of acetylcholine (ACh)[1].
Invitro PSB-1115 (100 μM) 在回肠/空肠段中抑制 TNBS (10 mM) 诱导的 ACh 收缩抑制现象[1]。
In Vivo PSB-1115 (0.5 mg/kg; i.p.; single dose, 20 min before the inhalation) antagonizes the inhibitory effect of non-selective adenosine receptor agonist NECA (HY-103173) on mucociliary clearance in mice[2].
