Bioactivity | PPACK dihydrochloride is a plasminogen activator (rt-PA) inhibitor. PPACK dihydrochloride can inhibit changes in fibrin degradation products, plasminogen and alpha 2-antiplasmin. PPACK dihydrochloride also inhibits the binding of rt-PA to plasma protease inhibitors[1]. |
