PDE1-IN-8 inhibits cAMP and cGMP signaling pathway, inhibits the differentiation and proliferation of cells into myofibroblast, and exhibits anti-fibrotic efficacy in Bleomycin (HY-17565)-induced rat pulmonary fibrosis model[1].
