Bioactivity Osteostatin (human), a fragment of parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrP) 107-139, promotes bone repair in animal models of bone defects and prevents bone erosion in inflammatory arthritis[1].
Invitro Osteostatin (100, 250 and 500 nM) 剂量依赖性的降低破骨细胞的分化,但不改变成熟破骨细胞的吸收能力。此外,Osteostatin 可降低组织蛋白酶K、破骨细胞相关IG样受体(OSCAR)和NFATc1的mRNA水平[1]。Osteostatin可增强含Zn2+离子的介孔玻璃支架在人间充质干细胞培养中的生物活性[2]。
