Bioactivity Oligomycin E is a antitumor antibiotic that can be isolated from Streptomyces. Oligomycin E has significant antifungal activity, showing minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) values between 2 and 75μg/mL. Oligomycin E has strong antitumor activity against HeLa cells, with an IC50 of 0.014 μg/mL[1].
