Bioactivity | Nyasol ((-)-Nyasol) is an active compound that has antifungal, antibacterial, antileishmanial, hyaluronidase inhibition activities. Nyasol inhibits LTB4 binding to human neutrophils. Nyasol suppresses neuroinflammatory response through the inhibition of I-κB degradation in LPS (HY-D1056)-stimulated BV-2 microglial cells[1][2]. |
