Bioactivity Nudifloramide (2PY) is one of the end products of nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide (NAD) degradation. Nudifloramide significantly inhibits poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP-1) activity in vitro[1].
Invitro Nudifloramide is a more powerful inhibitor of PARP-1 than nicotinamide[1].
