Nepaprazole inhibits H+/K+-ATPase activity in isolated rabbit gastric mucosal microsomes with the IC50 values of 5.8 μM and 9.9 μM at pH 6.0 and pH 7.4, respectively. Nepaprazole can be used for study of peptic ulcer diseases[1]. |
