Bioactivity | Nepaprazole (rel-TY-11345 free base) is a proton pump inhibitor. Nepaprazole inhibits H+/K+-ATPase activity in isolated rabbit gastric mucosal microsomes with the IC50 values of 5.8 μM and 9.9 μM at pH 6.0 and pH 7.4, respectively. Nepaprazole can be used for study of peptic ulcer diseases[1]. |
