In Vivo NaPi2b-IN-3 (1 mg/kg for IV and 10mg/kg for PO; single dosage) exhibits good activity and moderate hydrophobicity, and systemically exposes to some extent[1].Pharmacokinetic Parameters of NaPi2b-IN-3 in male Sprague-Dawley rats[1].
