Bioactivity NK3201 is an orally active chymase inhibitor (IC50: 2.5, 1.2, and 28 nM for human, dog and hamster chymase). NK3201 inhibits Bleomycin (HY-17565)-induced pulmonary fibrosis. NK3201 inhibits vascular proliferation in grafted vein[1][2].
