Bioactivity | N-0861 is a novel selective A1 adenosine receptor antagonist. In studies, it has been shown to be able to inhibit the negative conduction effects (prolonged AH interval) and chest pain caused by adenosine, while having no significant effect on the increase in coronary blood flow velocity caused by adenosine. This indicates that N-0861 has the property of selectively inhibiting A1 adenosine receptors[1]. |
