Mycobacterium Tuberculosis-IN-5 is an antibacterial agent, that inhibits Mycobacterium tuberculosis with a MIC of 29.1 μM. Mycobacterium Tuberculosis-IN-5 exhibits metabolic stability in rat liver microsomes. Mycobacterium Tuberculosis-IN-5 exhibits anti-tuberculosis efficacy in mice[1].
