Bioactivity Mtb-cyt-bd oxidase-IN-6 is a potent Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) cytochrome bd (cyt-bd) oxidase (MtbCyt-bd Oxidase) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.35 μM. Mtb-cyt-bd oxidase-IN-6 can effectively inhibit the growth of Mtb (MIC= 4 μM). Mtb-cyt-bd oxidase-IN-6 can be used in the study of tuberculosis[1].
Target IC50: 0.37 μM (MtbCyt-bd Oxidase)
Invitro Mtb-cyt-bd oxidase-IN-5 (compound 1d; 0-2048 μM; 7 days) inhibits growth of M. tuberculosis with a MIC value of 256 μM[1].
