| Bioactivity | Mivobulin (isethionate) (CI-980) is an orally active, brain-penetrant and potent folate antagonist and a tubulin-binding mitotic inhibitor. Mivobulin (isethionate) accumulates rapidly in L1210 and CHO/K1 cells to levels many-fold higher than those in the extracellular medium and efflux is also quite rapid. Mivobulin (isethionate) is promising for research of cancers[1]. |
