Bioactivity | Milacemide is an orally active anticonvulsant agent. Milacemide inhibits the heart rate, pressor responses (ED50 = 398 mg/kg) and the motor responses (ED50 = 404 mg/kg). Milacemide attenuates the allodynia arising from spinal glycine receptor blockade. Milacemide is promising for research of allodynia[1]. |
