Bioactivity | Methyl p-coumarate (Methyl 4-hydroxycinnamate), an esterified derivative of p-Coumaric acid (pCA), is isolated from the flower of Trixis michuacana var longifolia. Methyl p-coumarate could inhibit the melanin formation in B16 mouse melanoma cells.
