Bioactivity | Melarsoprol (Arsobal), a melaminophenylarsine-type trivalent organic arsenical, is an important drug for African trypanosomiasis. Melarsoprol is also active against leukemia cell lines and plasma cells from myeloma patients. Melarsoprol increases the biliary output of GSH in rats[1]. |
