In Vivo Mebanazine (90 mg/kg; i.p.; once; mature female rats) decreases the blood giucose level[1].Mebanazine (1-60 mg/kg; i.p.; once; mature female rats) has the minimal dose which lowered blood glucose after 12 h is 60 mg/kg[1]. Animal Model:
