| Bioactivity | MS147 is a degrader of BMI1 and RING1B, the core components of protein complex 1 (PRC1). MS147 can effectively reduce the monoubiquitination of histone H2A at lysine 119 site (H2AK119ub), but does not affect the trimethylation of histone H3 at lysine 27 site catalyzed by PRC2 (H3K27me3). In addition, MS147 inhibits the proliferation of cancer cell lines that are not sensitive to PRC2 inhibitors or degraders. MS147 further explores the mechanism of action of PRC1 in cancer[1]. |
