MOR agonist-3 has the potential to produce analgesic effects through MOR (μ-opioid receptor) (HY-149337) partial agonists and to reduce opioid abuse through D3R antagonists. MOR agonist-3 can be used in the treatment of inflammation and neuropathic pain research[1]. |
