Bioactivity	Linetastine is an orally active and potent 5-Lipoxygenase inhibitor. Linetastine shows antihistamine activity. Linetastine inhibits leukotriene production and antagonizes the effect of histamine. Linetastine inhibits the release of leukotrienes B4 and C4 from calcium ionophore-stimulated human leukocytes[1].
In Vivo	在豚鼠中，Linetastine (1-10 mg/kg, 口服)可剂量依赖性地抑制组胺诱导的支气管收缩，且作用持续超过 24 小时[1]。
