Lecozotan hydrochloride enhances the stimulated release of glutamate and acetylcholine in the hippocampus and possesses cognitive-enhancing properties. Lecozotan hydrochloride has the potential for mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease (AD) research[1][2]. |
