Bioactivity Lactisole is a canonical antagonist of sweet taste receptor, selectively targeting to T1R3 subunit, a glucose-sensing receptor. Lactisole inhibits insulin secretion induced by glucose in mouse islets[1][2].

Invitro Lactisole (3-10 mM; 48 h) 在小鼠胰腺 β 细胞 MIN6 中抑制 Acesulfame-K、Sucralose (HY-N0614) 和 Glycyrrhizin (HY-N0184) 诱导的胰岛素分泌 (IC50~4 mM)[1]。Lactisole (5 mM; 48 h) 可减弱由 Sucralos 和 Acesulfame-K 引起的细胞质 Ca2+ 浓度升高 ([Ca2+]c),而不影响细胞内 cAMP 浓度升高 ([cAMP]c)[1]。
