RFP can be excited by the 488 nm or 532 nm laser line and is optimally detected at 588 nm. LZCap AG(3'Acm) RFP mRNA is synthesized and purified in a one-step transcription process using T7 RNA polymerase and LZCap AG(3'Acm) cap analog.
